Auction Edge offers first rate technical support to our subscribing customer auctions. Our dedicated support staff is available Monday through Friday, 7am to 8pm EST.

Emergency after-hour support is available between 8pm - 10pm EST (Monday - Friday) and from 9 AM-5 PM EST on Saturday and Sunday.

When you contact our main support number listed above, you will be provided with three options:

  1. Questions concerning EDGE ASI

  2. Questions concerning EDGE AOS

  3. Questions concerning any of our online platforms (EDGE Pipeline, Simulcast, Lookout, Multi-list, Spark) or any general questions. 

After pressing the number that is associated with your question, your call will be routed to a Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) with experience on the particular EDGE platform in question.

If all of our CSRs are busy at the time of your call, please leave a message with your name, auction (if applicable), phone number and topic (EDGE platform or general) along with details of your question.  If it is a sale day issue, please advise in your message. The voicemail will be attached to an email that is sent to our CSRs and the next available CSR will contact you ASAP.
